Addon Help - What is this in the middle of my screen?

I installed a bunch of addons trying to setup my UI but I can't seem to get rid of this message in the middle of the screen. It pops up for rolls/emote etcs..its annoying middle of a fight.

This probably is ChatMon (Addon)

It highlight's messages with your toon's name in it.
