This guy mentions alot of "nostalrius" in his git hub, he probably uses it without any issues.

I might risk and give it a shot
Will let you know the outcome. This is only client side change of game looks, should be fine with using it.
Its not like you are duping gold or hacking.

EDIT: installed it, working fine. No dc.s or any conflicts with Nost files. Actually, my fps jumped by aprox. 5-6 since I installed this.
