great addon, is there any way to move the text from the center of the screen?

Unfortunately I had to revert back to metamap/WHDB because questie was causing these annoying stutters/lag whenever I entered a new area in the world that had any type of location description that would pop up in text on my screen. Is this being looked into?

It would be great If it shows the required lvl when u mouseover on the still untaken quest icons on the map^^

We don't have info on the available level for quests currently. So we need to extract that again. It's in the making though, that's Aero's task. He's been busy lately.

Bugs, suggestions, complains, thanks, anything is better off in the bugtracker where we can properly handle it.

if you use this not from level 1, it seems to show already completed quests as still available. minor annoyance.

Yeah, in the current version, even if you did play from level 1 it still shows you quests you can't get, there's a problem with the available quest DB in the current version (it's based on the quest's recommended level not it's required level)

However, I just committed a big fix for this to github about an hour ago, a new update should be coming soon.
I made a little statistical counter when I updated the DB, it fixed exactly 2638 incorrect level requirements and removed 154 non-vanilla quests

The update also includes data for required-class or required-race, so that should stop it from showing quests for other classes.


It's also planned to have something along the lines of being able to right click an available quest icon to remove it (if you already did it etc.)

I'm starting to have a little bit more free time again, so development on this should pick up a bit.

oh, cant wait! its fine as it is now because i know what quests i can do and cant do but my girlfriend whos never played vanilla wow before gets kinda confused when theres no quests for her when it says there is xD
