Anyone know how to configure Bartender2, like how to unlock/scale the bars?

I sm looking for an addon to show cooldown on bars. For example if a spell has 4 sec CD left, I can see it on my bars. Very frustrating getting the message "ability is not ready yet".

Also, an addon to change the apperance on butyons for example round buttons. I also see some have an addon, which will make your bars have a black frame (like Oskin). I would really appreciate if someone could tell me
