Fix for instance errors is out, get v2.0.7 here: https://github.com/AeroScripts/QuestieDev/releases

Sorry that took so long, we've all been very busy the past few days

Great work! Development seems to be progressing well.

Out of interest, is the issue causing a clash with Cartographer that was metioned further upstream likely to be resolved at some point in the future?

Still got lag when mouseover any monster. Any ideas?

Hey, I noticed you have the "!"'s for quest givers on your mini map, is that something else that you have as an add on or is that featured in Questie? I have the latest version of questie and the givers aren't showing up on my minimap. Everything else is working flawlessly though, thank you so much for the hard work!

The issue with Cartographer is that if you used the last version of questie, you need to manually clear the saved notes. Other than that it should work just fine (except a minor visual bug with the toggle button but that should be fixed soon)

Yeah, because of the new tooltip system, it has to iterate through more data than it used to and this can cause lag. We're currently working on a proper cache system that should solve this.

This is part of Questie yeah, but it should be working. What level/zone are you in?

Scamp, thanks for the reply, I was in Razor Hill in the Orc Newbie area. It still is not working. The version I downloaded was the newest one.

Edit: They are adding to my world map when I hit "M" just fine. Just not the mini map.

Editx2: I ran the program again after a fresh install of questie and it worked after the initial login. I closed the program, booted it back up, and now it isn't working again. Perhaps there is some cache I should be clearing?

Hey Scamp, after doing "/console reloadui" when I run into the issue it clears up the problem, old quests that I've already done appear as "!"s on the minimap, not sure if they are supposed to? Willing to deal with it just to be able to see where quest givers are, though. :D

Yeah, Questie only knows that you completed a quest if you finished it while using questie. We're looking into a way to flag a quest as "already done" but right now there's no way to do that

Unless you want to manually go through and edit savedvariables, but that's a huge pain.

No problem. The addon is a huge help regardless, thank you! :)

I have just implemented a caching system that should fix all the performance issues people have been having. We're gonna do some testing now and then it should be out later tonight.
