DocUI with some changes.

Is there a simple addon I can use that just adds that outline on the action bars?

I'd prefer using Bongos to alter my action bars and just use that with some sort of custom outline/frame behind them, rather than using DocUI to change my entire UI.

So I did some researching, and found out that perhaps that is possible with Discord Art. Does anyone have any simple black background textures they can recommend? There's a lot out there to try.
