Thanks man :D that means a lot

Linwelin wrote:Had this working fine for a few days. Now the quest tracker at the side of the screen has disappeared, have reinstalled and still nothing. Does anyone know how to get it back ?

As a general rule of thumb, you can safely delete the global savedvariable file and it should reset, it's where the tracker position is saved.
The quest history is saved in the per-character folder so doing this won't lose your progress

v2.0.13 and newer
Code: Select all
<Wow folder>/WTF/Account/<account name>/SavedVariables/!Questie.lua

v2.0.12 and older
Code: Select all
<Wow folder>/WTF/Account/<account name>/SavedVariables/Questie.lua

Does this addon use the most optimal routes for completing quests as efficiently as possible?
What even is a 'signature'?

There is conflict between Item Score and Questie

http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/projec ... les/3-1-2/

- No quest targets on map
- No quest tracklist

I was just starting Questing in Silithis. I've never had this problem before. I would accept a new quest and questie would pretty much crash. The only way to restore it was to reload. All the icons would disappear, and the quest tracker became unresponsive.

Here are some screens of the bug.

Finished quests are showing up on map again with some quests so far at least. Does this on 2 computers.

You talk about "!" marks right?
Questie saving "complete or no" data at local space:
World of Warcraft Classic\WTF\Account\%Account name%\Nostalrius Begins\%CharName%\SavedVariables\!Questie.lua

So if you complete the quest on PC1, you will se that at PC2 that quest tagged as uncompleted. You need manually correct quest state by "/questie complete %quest name%", or just copy your data betwen PCs.

2.0.12

I've also found a lot of my quests are bugged recently. Silithis quests, EasternP, I've not changed anything other than update your addon.

Many of the quests in the tracker don't update, or show objectives that need completing that aren't even a part of the quest.

I have found this addon to be quite helpful!

The only question I have is is there a way to make it where Questie only displays all the possible quests you can pick up at the moment?

Right now it displays all possible guest givers regardless if I can pick it up or not.

Very nice addon.
Been using it a few days now while leveling new alts. A problem i have encountered:
Objective don't always show up on the minimap or worldmap. Doing a /reload or relogging solves it tho. So ive been using a /reload macro every 10min to make sure i dont miss any objectives.
