That's what I came up with.. The addons used are mostly Discord unitframes, Discord art, Discord actionbars, Swstats, SHT and Customnameplates.

Is there any way to change Swstats font?

What is this nameplate addon?
As for changing fonts, you might be able to get away with using Fontabulous. I'm not sure if it would affect your addon.
