BEWARE: This guide is a TBC version.
You will find TBC-only quests in the guide.

The first sentence says that this is pre TBC guide and can be used for pre 1.10?

Could you please point out one example of a "BC Only quest"?

http://www.joanasworld.com/azeroth.htm#30Mudsprocket in Dustwallow Marsh was added in TBC (patch 2.3).
EDIT: Found an earlier version of Joana's Horde 1-60 which was done before TBC release:

Fair enough, you are right. There's a few quests that are wrong in between 38-39. That's hardly a big problem tho!

There's also the demon quests in Ashenvale that weren't added until TBC. Joana's guide can easily be used to level in Vanilla, you'll just have to ignore the few TBC quests and grind instead.
