Add-ons not showing up in-game?

Having some add-on issues, so I created an AddOns folder in the interface. Downloaded and threw damage meters and ShaguQuest in there but there is no "add-ons" button in the client and I don't see anything in-game. Something I'm missing here? Any help would be much appreciated.

I figured it out. Make sure to extract the files you download to the interface/Addon and it should work. I extracted mine to my desktop then drag and dropped the whole file into the AddOns folder but you need the individual folders in the interface/AddOns folder.
