Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm trying to install AG_UnitFrames and customize them to look a bit like this: http://bildr.no/image/943193.jpeg
but cannot seem to figure it out.

Anyone got a step by step guide on how to make them look somewhat along these lines and not just the default version?
