Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm having this problem with luna unit frames. had it with ag_unit frames as well. My health is shown correctly but the target is always 100/100 if it's not me. I really have no idea what to do about this.

that is not an AddOn Bug, it's a server related feature. early in vanilla you could only see HP in percent for units which are not in your party. That's why AddOns like MobHealth exist, but I don't know when they changed this
