Anyone know of a addon similar to Shieldmonitor or a version that would work on 1.12?

I wouldn't set my hopes that high, didn't knew about that AddOn until now but in the description I immediately stumbled upon
"Since Patch 3.0, the combat log has shown exact figures for damage absorbed by shields such as 'Power Word: Shield'"

simply making an addon to show a bar on how long your shield is up would be easy, but the damage absorb value will probably not be possible

CT mod had one called CT_Shield Mod back in the day.

There is also this one, that suppose to be an enhanced version of CT_Shield

But keep in mind. The damage is a estimated calculation, and not an absolute value.
