Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So, I've been looking for a lootcouncil addon like RCLootCouncil for vanilla. I cannot seem to find any. And given the great sucess of my last request (thanks Coreborn) I figured I'd ask again.

And yes, I have googled it. But no matter what I search for I just get retail addons.
