My particular favourites were
- Linkerator -- when you type an item with square brackets, turns it into an item link
- FeedOMatic -- feeds your pet intelligently when you click on its happiness icon
- Hunter's Helper -- displays pet abilities in tooltips or can search for tameable beasts with abilities
To get the old versions you need to find the page for the addon (possible in the discontinued section) then scroll back through history to just before 2.0.
