Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, can anyone suggest an addon to me that does what Fluidframes does? Basically i want to move my portrait and the target's portrait to the middle of my screen to have a better overview. Having them on the default "top left" is not good enough. Fluid frames was a very lightweight addon where you just drag and drop the blizzard default frames, so i'm not looking for something like X-perl or anything.

Also can someone link a proper atlas + atlasloot addon that fits this patch please? Because i got one via the forum here, but every time i login, it gives me a small window, saying that i have the wrong version. Also i can't conjure loot tables by pressing on a boss' name in Atlas.
