Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Greetings everyone. I play Nostalrius on a mac, and have had some problems with Addons. I download the addon, put it in the folder and nothing happens. I've tried questie and a large addon pack I found on the forums. I went in the game and did not see the Addons tab on the bottom left of the character select screen. How do I fix this?

I'm playing on mac with the same Addons that my PC and i have no issues.

Are you sure you have put your addons in the correct folder?

Some add ons when downloaded, come with the additional -master attached to their folder name. If that is on the folder name, delete it.
