Must have addons/macros ?

I'm planning on rolling mage/lock tomorrow and I'm curious what addons are necessary / extremely useful? I already know about snowfall keypress, but what else is super helpful? Also, are there any macros which are really helpful? I have a few on live that I use a lot, like /stopcasting and /cancelaura stuff but I have no idea what macros actually work in vanilla (I plan to pve and pvp both a fair bit so everything is relevant).

If there is anything else that you guys can suggest, like just basic tips or whatever for nostalrius and playing mage/lock, it'd be greatly appreciated. Even pointing out major bugs so I can avoid them would be great! Thank you!
