BindPad replacement

I hate having to look at my binds, so I just hide everything except the cooldowns I wanna see. On retail i'd do this with bindpad, where you can bind keys directly to macros/spells/items without having to put them on your bars. Anyone know an addon that can do something like that for vanilla?

oldest version of BindPad i found is from 8 December 2006 so for wow 2.0.1

Nevermind, done it with DiscordBars. Made 6 bars and scripted them to appear only when i move a spell/item from my book/bags and used the discord bindings for them as well. Now i have around 2 bars remaining left for additional consumables.
