Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello from long time i try to improve my addons and for now i use alot like Luna frames ( awesome one ) One bag , Bartender , Actioner , etc etc but i still have that BIG PROBLEM i feel it as a big problem for other it might not be but still..... THE BUFF duration I really want to make to see on my player frame the duration of the buffs i have and the debuffs i already have ( like poisons ,curses other dots ) i think you gonna understand me everyone is interested when he have to rebuff him self and when he can get out of combat ( if rogue or war ) when he gonna be able to First aid himself..... And for sure the debuffs on his TARGET when the slow effects ends... when rend ends.... when other bleed or curse ends so you can sap ,blind or do whatever you are planing to.. so i really wanna ask for that kind of help if someone knows a goood a BRILLIANT addons for buffs/debuffs that might help me out and work + Luna ( or varations that might work or not ) Im waiting for sugestions THANK YOU ALL and SORRY BIG SORRY for my English but im still learning it !
