Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi people I'm new there and I never played Vanilla before (started in official wow in 2.4 I remember) and I have a question; there is any interface option that can show the enemy casting bar, the enemy buffs and the duration of my debuffs on target?
Probably don't, then, there is any addon that would fix that? I know it's Vanilla but sometimes it's frustrating not to see how many seconds of that debuff you applied left, or don't know what is the enemy casting.
