Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi all, i would make a macro and i think its easy but i've some problems making macros in vanilla.
The macro should do this--->
Equipslot main hand X ( a specified sword for exemple )
Equipslot offhand Y ( a shield )
Changestance defensive stance
/p Changing role from DPS to TANK.

and then other to do :
Equipslot main hand X ( other sword )
Equipslot offhand Y ( other weapon mace-sword-axe, idk )
Changestance berserker stance
/p Changing role from PROVISIONAL TANK to DPS

get the supermacro addon, I'm not using it myself but I'm sure you're macro would have to look like:

/equipslot 16 mainhandname
/equiptslot 17 offhandname
/cast Defensive Stance
/p Changing role from DPS to TANK.

like eg
/equipslot 16 Ironfoe
/equipslot 17 Bulwark of Azzinoth


while 16 is the ID for the mainhand slot, 17 for the offhand (If I'm not mistaken)
