Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I installed ktm and it worked fine with the exception that it shows everybody but me in raids. I relogged in to see if that fixed it it had completely disappeared. Can't get any of the gui show commands to work at all.

I currently also have a huge issue with my graphics not saving my settings. I try to change the multi-sampling to the lowest setting yet every time I log in it changes it back to the highest.
