Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm using Bartender2 and I'm trying to use some keybinds on bar 2 and bar 3, assigning at the keybinds menu to the bottom left bar and bottom right bar. Everything is ok until I relog. Then all the binds but 2 in each bar are removed. The buttons I applied the bind were previously assigned. I'm binding from Shift-! to Shift-0 and from Control-1 to Control-0.
I would appreciate some help
