or if

ModifiedClick action="CASTAOEONTARGET" default="CTRL"/> function exist in this patch?

If a macro works, it's allowed.
Whatever modified click is, if it seems like some hack to your client that automatically casts aoe on a target. If that's it, no. Only what the client offers by default.
