Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Since ninjalooting is "blizzlike", I'm looking for a good player blacklisting addon with built in synchronization capabilities.

Here's my vision of ideal features:
1) store info about player + reason of blacklist
2) when you encounter blacklisted player in-game (mouse-over, party, raid, etc) - you get visual warning
3) automatically synchronize data with anyone in guild (just like gatherer does), you can see who has blacklisted whom
4) blacklist guilds
5) ability to exclude players from synchronization
6) some way to sync outside guild, perhaps when you join any group/raid

For now, I'm using BlackList addon from TBC that I backported for 1.12 (https://github.com/Zerf/BlackList), but it only has first two features. So either I find better addon or I have to implement missing features myself.

FOAD has some of those features,

1) Store info about characters
2) You get a visual warning when you encounter someone who is tagged
3) You can tag a player (any faction) with a list of 6 categories.
4) Cannot blacklist a guild, only players
5) Can synchronise with anyone that is in your channel
