Is it possible to get the item level value from http://db.vanillagaming.org/ database and put it into inspection addon?

Lets not start with this crap here. Especially since the items on vanllagaming are not 100% compatible with the items used on Nostalrius due to patches etc.

Gear Score for Vanilla further just doesn't make sense at all.

In WotLK it made more (although not perfect) sense to use average weighted ilvl (Gear Score) to measure how good your gear was because items with the same ilvl were relatively equal. In vanilla this just isn't the case, at all.

So while you could do it, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be used since unlike in WotLK, it isn't a decent estimate of gear strength.

There's another way - instead using itemlevel, you could use relevant combat stats (depending on class). In ideal situation, one would implement a dps formula for every class and plug in combat stats from person you're inspecting. In the end your gearscore would be the same as theoretical dps. Won't work for tanks and healers I guess.

As for use, this could be useful for pug raids - instead of inspecting and checking every item someone has equipped, you could simply inspect and see his max dps.

You can generate a signature on http://armory.digam.dk, which amongst others contains the gearscore.

It is not work perfectly.

There is conflict between Item Score and Questie

Works for me just fine. Are you using latest version of Questie? Screenshot of error you're seeing?

Altho .. there are hardly any stat coeficients - useless addon as it is (at least for PvE).
If one would fix stat coeficients and then improve UI - integrate into inspect frame, this would be very usable. Gonna put it on the list of things to do when I'm bored
