Multi Click Buttons?

Hey guys,
In retail I used a few macro buttons that have different outcomes depending on how it was clicked (right clicked, left clicked, or middle clicked). I used these macros for non essential twitchy spells such as conjure/consume water and to buff Arcane Intellect/Brilliance etc. I found it very helpful because it freed up many keybind and bar spaces that I used for more on demand spells.

The problem is this macro syntax isnt available in 1.12.1. It only became available in TBC when Blizzard upgraded and changed how their macro system worked.

My question to the community is if anyone knows a way of emulating this for 1.12.1? Whether it is by addon or scripting or something else entirely I dont mind as long as someone can point me in the right direction.

I have looked around and so far no dice. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I'm sorry, I don't know such an AddOn. As a possible alternative, let me use this opportunity to advertise my RingMenu AddOn. It serves a similar purpose as it lets you store away non-essential skills or actions in a circular action bar that remains hidden most of the time.
