[Question] Hit Chance Addon

I find it hard to believe there was never a hit chance (spell, ranged, melee) addon for 1.12.1, but I've looked through the addon archive I have and haven't found any that deal with Melee; just spells.
So I ask the community, is there one?
EDIT:
Preferably one that doesn't use FUBAR...I prefer TitanPanel.

That's what I've been using the display damage values. I looked and only saw "Average Hit", which isn't the hit rate but the average it'll hit for.

That's just the +hit from gear (afaik). I was hoping there was an addon that would tell you the exact chance you have to hit.
...Right now I have to pull from memory that 2Hand needs like 5% +Hit for the soft cap.

PvE: 17% spell hit, 8.6% physical hit
PvP: 3% spell hit, 5% physical hit
Then there's spell penetration, atm only AV ring afaik but AQ and later on it starts appearing.
There is always 1% miss in vanilla. I'm not certain of PvP spell hit but that's my memory.
