Yo,

is there a light-weight, clean addon showing unit frames for manually selected targets like Maintank, Offtank etc?

I'd like to have additional frames of the tanks next to my raid frames.

I havent tried it myself yet. But you might aswell test it

Usually people just use oRA2 and set up tanks there and you can see tank targets that way. Works rather well, the only drawback - raidleader must have it and must know how to use it (and possibly tanks, not sure).

I'm not sure about that addition of yours, if you are simply referring to a raidleader or -assist has to have the addon to add the chars to the "Maintank" list then you can simply avoid this and use instead of the Maintank frames the other personal favorite frame( idk what the name of those is, can't check right now) which is basicly the same frames like maintank but with the only difference that once the maintank players where set the entire raid (members with that addon) will get the same maintank players, while if you use the personal frames only you will track those

Yeah, forgot about that, it's called playerframes or something. You can select targets you want, but i wonder if it still requires other people to have that addon, since vanilla api doesn't have target of target for raid units built-in.

What exactly are you gonna use it for?

If its for assist than what i posted as first replay is exactly that.
6 independant tank frames based on CTRA MTT, that dosnt require other people to use raid assist.
If its for healing, than there might be better options than CTRA / ORA2 like addons... Like RDX.
