Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have tried using several commands and addons and editing in game files so that nameplates WILL overlap to no avail.

Knowing the correct health of people around me with out having to click on them in large groups is invaluable.
is there any way i can get nameplates to overlap/stack through means of an addons or something else?

Pretty sure That is Not possible
