Pick pocket auto loot?

I get that in order to give a "true" auto loot you would have to mess with game files or something which is basically hacking, and then i saw this

So i figured well why not pickpocket? So i figured id make this post asking if any one has some sort of script/addon or some way for when you pickpocket a mob it would auto loot.

It would seem that even just a macro that could some how press the shift key would work, i have no idea how to make that though.

Also for those of you out there saying "oh just press shift scrub " go $*#% your self

That is for TBC, after blizzard implemented autoloot. All it does is toggle autoloot on/off depending if you have fishing pole equipped or not. Since we're playing on 1.12, where there is no autoloot functionality in client, "just press shift scrub"
