Is there a database out there I can load into gatherer that will work with Nost? Thanks

There is a Wowhead DB for Gatherer, but the spawn locations on Nostalrius are different from retail.

I'd honestly suggest just letting Gatherer make a database on its own from whatever you find; after a while you'll be able to see the general area of spawns.
