ImprovedIgnore and SpamThrottle are incompatible.

Update: SuperIgnore (https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=26046) seems to work with Prat, I've tested it. But please leave some feedback if you see any bugs when using SuperIgnore with Prat.
