Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Every time I try to extract the addon pack I downloaded from Nostalrius' website there's nothing there when I login. I created an AddOns folder, tried copying it rather than extracting it and still no addons tab when I login on the bottom left as usual. No addons available when I login, any idea what the issue could be?
