Translating the calculations from the JavaScript source should be straightforward. However, I do not think that this function will give accurate predictions; it can serve as a rather coarse heuristic at best.

from my understanding of the Honor System it is not possible to create a perfect logic to calculate everything accurate.

It's because the honor system and rp gain fluctuates with the amount of people getting standings. If you had a clue of how many this is on a weekly basis you could add it as a factor to give you a ball park value of your gain but it would never be 100% accurate.
