Looking for the addon called Spelltimer

I've tried downloading the addon pack from the link in the comments but I couldn't get it to work. Tried searching for another version and I found this site: http://60cj.com/addon-93.html, but it's not there anymore.
If anybody knows where I can find it, or has the addon and is willing to upload it somewhere, I would really appreciate it.
