Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello

My name is Altoholic and... i'm an altoholic ^^ (currently in the process of leveling all the classes and all the professions - on the PvE server, started a week or so ago).
So, i'm looking for ease of tracking which of my toon know which recipe profession, how much money/stuff/quest/rep/etc. he have, and so on.
The perfect answer for that was the Altoholic addon... but it didn't exist for vanilla.

So, how do you, fellow altoholics there, cope with that ? What other combination of addons do you use to manage your personal army ?
Currently, Bagnon do the stuff for tracking what's in my bags/banks, but i could really appreciate an addon that track professions (what can be made, by who, what can be learn - and where to buy the recipe, even better ^^). I used one of these kind of addon, long time ago, but can't remember the name.
Also, something to manage mails would be great (i loved Postal, but can't find it for vanilla).

If you have any other suggestion of addons who make the process easier, don't hesitate to tell us

There's a Postal addon for vanilla developed here, by the way
Haven't been able to one-click send stuff, but i suppose i just haven't found the right key combination (thus, i tend to use Automate for that, so no big deal).

I loved that Altoholic addon so friggin' much it made me take all available trades!! How great would it be to have some of it greatness in Vanilla flavour I can't even imagine.

Oh, i remember the name of one of these addons for trackinq recipies : Ackis Recipe List.
No vanilla version, though.

Yes : Banknon (is used with Bagnon).
command is /bgn bank.
