Looking for an addon to make UI clickthrough

Is there an addon that I can use to enable me to click through parts of my UI? I have a lot of addon windows and most of them prevent me from being able to click through them. I usually have my transparency high so that I can see more of the world, and it would be fantastic if I could pick and choose what parts of my UI to not interfere with my clicks.
