I'm looking for a addon that could tell me how many of a certain item I got across my characters. Altoholic but I didn't found any 1.12 version.

Thanks but I have tried that one. I have Bagnon, Bagnon_Core, Bagnon_Forever, Bagnon_Options, Bagnon_Spot but I still got no way to see my item count . There is only few command line and a options UI that don't do much. I got the version for Vanilla-addons and Nost addon pack.

Bagnon or other AddOns that can count items across characters does only work if those characters are all on the same account and all of them have the AddOn active.
the way Bagnon eg works is simply caching your bag when you're logged in when Bagnon is active. If your alt doesn't have Bagnon active it therefore will not cache.
If your alts are spread on different Accounts then there will not be a solution after all, since Bagnon or others will cache the Inventory in the WTF Folder and as you know Accounts use different subfolders in WTF

Yep, same account, logged on all characters multiple time but I still don't see anything new on the items tooltips about the number of that item I got across characters.
I also got a some error using it, I must not be using a good version or something.

Yep, new version found in this worked

The version in the addon pack of Nost website give errors and don't show other character items.

as far as i can tell the Nost admins just pulled this
vanilla-wow-addons directory and called it their "verified" version — i'm unsure as to how much detailed crosschecking was involved in testing each addon, and i've come across more than one instance of a very outdated/broken mod within that selection. Ive often found it better to scoop vanilla addons directly from wowace or curseforge git archives.

well they probably just checked that the addon packs don't contain malware, but other than that - it would've been shitloads of work to check each and one of the addons / or create a complete new compilation
but yeah, better doublecheck and google your addon name + 1.12.1.
like modernist said, results from old wowace are most likely the best

I found a version that seems to work, but I still don't see the item count like Altoholic used to show me in retail.
Is there any other addon that can do that, or another version of bagnon that I haven't found? I'm always used to count the number of items on my characters, so I can calculate how many eg. copper ores I have in my total possession, before starting to craft or whatnot.
