Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

For some reason my pallypowers addon stops working after a while. I can assign buffs and see all the information, but whenever I try to buff a class it just says Couldn't find a target for [buff] on [class]. I've tried to reinstall the addon and reset all the settings for it as well as disabling every other addon and it still doesn't work. The only thing I've seen work is reinstalling world of warcraft.

Anyone got any clues? I'm using this version http://www.mediafire.com/download/ri7y98eu9pv7ra7/PallyPower.rar

Some versions of pallypower don't work with auto self cast enabled, resulting in the above.
