Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello people of nostalrius kinda new here , just recently joined the pve server, i am having problems with a addon but i have no clue which one it is , i have included a screenshot of it hopefully you guys know, it will not let me move it or click it , the one near my action bars

mouseover the frame and type this
/run DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage(GetMouseFocus():GetName())
the result will most likely tell you what addon causes it
