Adding Recipes in World Chat?

I have the 3% hit scope schematic, but unfortunately using the basic UI, you can't make a macro that I can use to advertise that I can make said scope. Is there something I can do in supermacro to show in world chat? Something like this for example:

WTS Schematic: Biznack's 247x128 Scope <0--- where this is the actual schematic? Sorry, I know what I'm asking is a little convoluted.
