LazySpell and Clique

Does anyone know if Restoration or other HoTs work with LS and Clique? I have noticed through testing that no matter how low the health I have when I cast resto with clique it only casts level 1 instead of choosing based on health.
Also when I set up a bind for MotW or Thorns, tell clique to max level no matter what, it will cast rank 1.
Any ideas?!
