Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello recently I saw a video from the Nost PvP server and the person was able to see enemy and friendly players' exact HP, what addon does that? And is there a version that can be used on the default UI cause I dislike the look of the fake frames like in Luna.
