i need help finding out what addon this guy is using HELP!

i really would like to know what addon this rogue is using in the video for his action bars! please help heres link

Looks like regular action bars to me, with the gryphons removed. Might be using something like MoveAnything. What are you seeing that looks so compelling to you? Because I just see a default UI.

either put a /run at the beginning of each line and type it every time you log in (or put it on any macro you frequently use)
or create a small addon for yourself (chose a name, create a YourName.toc and a YourName.lua file, reference the lua file in the toc file like this:

the lua file should simply contain what I linked at the top

Then get any action bar addon to create that extra bar / move the bar from the right

That looks like "MoveAnything!" with Gryphons hidden and the second right bar set to horizontal and moved on top of the right action bar. There's also a "CT" icon on his minimap, so that may be CT Bar mod.
