Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Why haven't anyone created a good Damage Meter Addon that is easy to set up and looks good at the same time? Am i missing somthing that it is hard to make or is it just the 1.12 engin can't handle it? I see all these good programers on this forum and i can't understand it
