CastBar problem

[Bluedoc]

Just installed Natur EnemyCastBar, and i really like the fonction where it shows you the buffs and dots on the target and everything, but it's stuck in the middle of the screen and i don't know how to move, i checked in the interface, and nowhere it says something about unlocking the bars... So if anyone got info on how to do that, please help.
