any1 know a way to stop /unbuff and other macro slash commands from being in the history?

/unbuff is a custom command supplied by some addon, so no.

built-in macro commands don't get stored in the history by default.

Ok, let me be more clear then.
There is no such way

You can disable ChatFrameEditBox history by setting it to 1 line, but you can't selectively remove lines from it and you can't tell your macro not to put lines into it.
