Sffon to auto remove Salv?

I'm a Tank, and am trying to find the addon to auto remove Salv. I did a couple forum searches but couldn't find it. Anyone know its name and where I can find it?

TankBuddy does it. Some other AddOns like the Utility plugin of the Nurfed suite do it too iirc.
